Our full line machine shop allows us to offer both production machining and custom work. We’ve been designing and refurbishing custom insulation machinery since 1966; we also provide new and reconditioned chopper blades, slitter blades, anvil pads, and refurbishment for old and/or rundown equipment.

While we specialize in insulation equipment, we have the ability to design, build, and refurbish specialty equipment for a variety of other industries, as always according to our customers’ specifications. We maintain records and circulate printed pamphlets to ensure the best possible supply of repair parts, including custom replacement parts. Our full line machine shop allows us to offer both custom and production machining, giving customers the highest quality and flexibility at the bests price. Some of our major customers include: Johns Manville, Knauf Insulation, Certainteed, Guardian Fiberglass, Owens Corning, Unifrax, Carborundum, Rock Wool Manufacturing Co., B.R.C., Ford Meter box, Thermafiber, Armada Rubber, and Aleris.
